These terms apply to enquiries made through this website and to relocation services arranged by VRL Packers and Movers.
Figures given before a requirement review are indicative. The written estimate issued after the review is the basis of the work, and it lists the cost factors that apply. Changes to volume, access, dates or scope change the price, and any such change is confirmed with you before it is carried out.
Moves are carried out by VRL crews or by our verified partner network, with a VRL coordinator responsible for the move. The assigned crew and service availability are confirmed for each job.
Transit windows depend on the route, the vehicle and whether the load is shared or dedicated. The expected window is stated in your written estimate. Delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes or other events outside our control are not a breach of these terms.
Payment terms are stated in your written estimate. Goods are released at the destination on completion of the agreed payment.
Raise any damage claim at handover, noting it against the inventory, and in writing to support@vrlpackers-movers.com within 48 hours of delivery. Cover applies only where transit protection was arranged and paid for as part of your scope.
