This policy covers bookings made with VRL Packers and Movers after a written estimate has been confirmed.
Tell your coordinator as early as you can, by call and in writing to support@vrlpackers-movers.com. The earlier a date is released, the more of any advance can be returned, because crew and vehicle are reserved against your date.
A date change is treated as a rescheduling rather than a cancellation wherever the crew and vehicle can be moved to the new date. Where the new date falls in a higher-demand period, the revised estimate is confirmed with you before the booking is moved.
Any advance already paid is refunded after deducting costs already incurred on your move: packing material delivered, crew and vehicle reserved, or travel already undertaken. The deduction is itemised in writing.
If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, the advance is refunded in full.
Refunds are made to the account the payment came from, and are normally processed within seven working days of the deduction being agreed.
