What VRL Packers and Movers does with the information you send through this website.
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, the cities you are moving between, your preferred date, the move type and any message you add. We also record the page the form was sent from, the time of submission and, where present, campaign parameters from the link you arrived through.
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, to conduct the requirement review, to prepare your written estimate and to coordinate the move if you book one.
Your enquiry reaches our coordination team by email. Where a move is carried out by a verified partner-network crew, the details needed to perform the move are shared with that crew. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Enquiry records are retained as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
